Every nether ore besides iron and gold macerate to their overworld variants but those 2 will not. In single player they macerate just fine so its a problem with the server. I've seen some posts about editing the bukkit plugin but no one had reported any success. Has anyone found away to fix this besides just cooking them in a furnace?? 4

Has nothing to do with sentimental. The macerator is just plain better, and grows with you. If you want numbers put 12 overclockers, mfsu, 2 Transformer upgrades and 3 energy upgrades in and figure it out. I understand what your trying to say.. But for me.. Its not about cost.. Because I can build a simple macerator that can give double my ores..

I'll elaborate on my usual setups: For midgame EMC, what has worked well in the past has been using some sort of grinder/pulverizer/macerator machine to grind up blaze rods or bones into their respective powders, but ONLY if it gives some sort of bonus output that you can dump the netEMC into an EMC bucket along with the blaze/bone powder.

Get some oreberries and make yourself some manual lowlight oreberry farms. You probably won't need iron, since iron ores are very common, but you'll want the other 4 for sure (gold, tin, copper, aluminum). If you make the ceilings 4 or 5 blocks high you can put torches up so you can see while keeping it dark enough for the oreberries to grow.
